Yin Yoga is also a way to slow down and relax. After a Yin Yoga class you’ll feel more at home in your body. One of our students described the Yin Yoga classes as “better than a day at the spa!”
Yin Yoga is a way to quiet your mind. As you hold the postures, your mind becomes more and more still. Over many years of experience and with our Kripalu Yoga training, we’ve found ways to take you inward where you might experience total stillness.
After a Yin Yoga Class you will be amazingly calm and refreshed. You will be free from conflicts and may have a sense of expansion and attunement with the Universe similar to experiences you may remember as a child.
