The Levels are based on your experience and on the amount of physical challenge you want. By offering Levels, everyone can have a fun, safe and enjoyable yoga experience.
LEVEL 1: This is a basic class good for beginners and those wanting a more gentle approach to yoga. The focus is on becoming more flexible and stronger and on releasing chronic tension.
LEVEL 2: This is a moderately challenging, energetic class with an emphasis on developing core strength and a calm mind. Students should be reasonably Physically fit.
LEVEL 2 HEATED: On Saturday mornings we heat the room to 85 or 90 degrees. The heat makes your body supple so you can easily and safely stretch - especially early in the morning. This class is a bit more challenging than the Level 2 classes and is a wonderful way to begin your weekend!
MIXED LEVELS CLASSES: This class is a little more than a Level 1 and a little less than a Level 2. It’s appropriate for Level 2 students and most Level 1 students.
