For 3 decades the unquestioned fitness trends have been long duration, moderate intensity cardio and aerobic workouts. Now new research is calling into serious question the effectiveness and benefits of these approaches.

In our Yoga Fitness Workshops we’ll give you a thorough explanation (plus a take-home handout) of the science behind and the benefits of this new approach to exercise.

Now in just 10 to 20 minutes a day you can achieve total fitness.

We’ll show you a mental attitude that will “summon your strength and inspiration” before you start the Fitness Routine. You can use this mental attitude to help you pursue any goals and aspirations in your life.

You’ll learn the power and enjoyment of engaging the mind-body connection in any physical activity.

·	This Fitness Routine is based on a simple yoga movement that will build reserve capacity in your heart and lungs.

·	Reserve capacity is the ability your heart and lungs have to generate quick energy. It determines your energy and stamina levels. Reserve capacity also helps your body meet the demands of stress of injury. It is a little-known longevity factor.

·	This Fitness Routine includes yoga postures that will increase strength and build bone density throughout your whole body using your own body weight. These whole body movements will also improve your coordination and balance.

·	This Fitness Routine is based on principles that have been proven to burn fat.

·	Because this routine is fun, you’ll enjoy doing it. With just a minimum of willpower, you’ll actually do this fitness routine regularly.

·	Because you set your own pace and listen to your body, no matter what your present level of fitness, you will be able to do a comfortable version of this routine.

The cost for the workshop is $45. Full-time or Part-time registered students receive a 20% discount for a cost of only $36. Sorry, no discounts for Drop In Students.
