THIS SERIES IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU IF:

·	You have some prior yoga experience, are in reasonably good physical condition and enjoy an energetic vinyasa (“flow) type yoga class, more challenging asanas and longer holding of them to deepen awareness.

·	You like the later class starting time.

This series will be taught primarily by Sydnie and Paul. Sydnie has been teaching yoga since 1987, and Paul has been teaching since 1994. They have studied many different styles of yoga and have the experience and expertise to provide a high quality experience for you.

DATES OF SERIES: Tuesday, September 14 to Tuesday, November 2
TIME OF SERIES: 7:15 to 8:30 p.m
LOCATION: South Windsor Yoga Studio, 22 Morgan Farms Drive, South Windsor, CT.
COST: $80 for the 8-week Course.

Note #1: Because this is a discounted series, we don’t offer a “First Class Free” as part of this option. If you haven’t already taken a free class from us, you are welcome to take one either before the Series starts or after it ends.

Note #2: All classes must be taken by the end of the 8-week period. Make-up classes are allowed at the Saturday morning 8:30 Level 2 or the 10:30 Level 1 Class only.

1	Mail us your name, address, phone number(s) and e-mail address along with a $80 check for the Moderate Series to: South Windsor Yoga Studio, 22 Morgan Farms Drive, South Windsor, CT 06074. Be sure to tell us which Series (Level 2) for which you are registering.

Hand deliver cash or check to the Studio along with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Note: The Studio is only open 20 minutes before a class and 15 minutes after a class. See class schedule page for times. There is a locked mail drop box to the right of the front door if we are closed or a class is in session. Please don’t leave cash in the Drop Box

Click on the “Buy Now” button below for Visa or Mastercard or PayPal Payments. Describe your purchase in the box (Class Card Option # or Discounted Intro or Level 2 Series).
