Intro Series

THIS SERIES IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU IF:

·	You want to learn the basics of yoga from two of the most experienced yoga teachers in the Greater Hartford area.

·	You’ve been away from yoga for a while and want to make sure you remember how to do the postures and breathing correctly.

·	You like the later time and prefer a moderate approach to yoga.

This Series will be taught primarily by Sydnie and Paul Coté, owners and main teachers at South Windsor Yoga Studio. They have the training, credentials and experience to teach you the “basics” of yoga in a safe, comfortable environment.

In this series, you will learn:

·	How to do the yoga postures correctly and safely.

·	How to breathe deeply and fully.

·	How to release muscle tensions in your body.

·	How to quiet your mind.

DATES OF SERIES: Wednesdays, September 15 to Wednesday, October 27
TIME OF SERIES: 7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
LOCATION: South Windsor Yoga Studio, 22 Morgan Farms Drive, South Windsor, CT.
COST: $70

Note #1: Because this is a discounted series , we don’t offer a “First Class Free” as part of this option. We invite you to take your free class either before or after this series.

Note #2: All classes must be taken by the end of the 8-week period. Make-up classes are allowed at the Saturday morning 10:30 Level 1 Class only.

1	Mail us your name, address, phone number(s) and e-mail address along with a $70 check for the Introductory Yoga Series to: South Windsor Yoga Studio, 22 Morgan Farms Drive, South Windsor, CT 06074. Be sure to tell us which Series (Beginning) for which you are registering.

Hand deliver cash or check to the Studio along with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Note: The Studio is only open 20 minutes before a class and 15 minutes after a class. See class schedule page for times. There is a locked mail drop box to the right of the front door if we are closed or a class is in session. Please don’t leave cash in the Drop Box

Describe your purchase in the box (Class Card Option # or Discounted Intro or Level 2 Class) Put the cost in the appropriate box. If you have a PayPal Account, log in.
